One major goal for the redesign was to improve functionality and make it easier for visitors to find what they are searching for. We believe we have accomplished this by reorganizing and consolidating all of the content on the site. Another important goal was to make sure we represented you – the first of the first responders – by using images of real telecommunicators doing their lifesaving work and giving you resources to get involved.
As with any big change, there is going to be an adjustment period and we invite you to join us for one of our webinars where we talk a little more about the redesign and walk through the new navigation.
