Summer is almost here!
Due to the amount of hours we work, staying physically active can prove to be a bit difficult, even during the longer summer time hours. A few tips on helping to stay active while working can be found in the Health and Wellness section of the toolbox. There, you can find several ideas on anything from “Exercise at your desk”, which gives you 60-second aerobic exercises, to “Deskercise- 33 smart ways to excise at work”, which also offers activities that we can do while sitting at our positions. Even though at first it may seem a little tough to get into a routine, the end result will be well worth it.
