Presenter: Todd Tuttle, recently retired Assistant Chief of Greensboro, NC
Todd Tuttle has 30+ years of experience in the fire service and dispatch operations, most recently serving as an Assistant Chief with the City of Greensboro, NC. He was the department’s 911 liaison to Guilford Metro 911 (GM911), a consolidated city/county 911 center, where he built a strong working relationship to help meet a common goal of changing outcomes. During his 18 years in the planning division, he worked with GM911 to implement technologies like mobile data terminals for field units, allowing for AVL-based unit recommend, auto enroute and auto arrive. Tuttle joined USDD this summer, using his industry experience and technical know-how to train new customers on system implementation.
