Jennifer Reese works as the Assistant Director of Washington County Consolidated Communications Agency (WCCCA) in Hillsboro, OR. She began her career in public safety communications in 1990 and has worked in almost every ECC position operationally and on the technical side throughout her career. This has allowed her to have varied experience at all levels of the organizations.

Jennifer has a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University, graduating in 2012. In addition, she graduated from APCO’s Certified Public Safety Executive leadership program in 2019. She also holds certification as an Emergency Number Professional, having achieved this certification in 2007.

Jennifer has been active as a member of the Oregon Chapter, serving on the Executive Board in several elected positions, including Executive Council Representative and Vice President. In 2025, Jennifer served as the Co-Chair of the Western Regional Conference held in Portland Oregon.

For APCO International, Jennifer was awarded the distinction of Life Member in 2024. She has served on the Management Committee and the Finance and Budget Committee. Jennifer also served as the Western Region Representative to the Board of Directors from 2020 to 2024.
