This Standard provides information to support the configuration and use of deployable trunked radio systems in the 700 MHz Public Safety frequency band. Recognizing that nationwide interoperability is a key objective in the deployment of these systems, this Standard provides the information necessary to allow system operators and administrators to configure these deployable systems in a consistent and predictable manner. The Standard also provides the information necessary to allow radio technicians to consistently configure subscriber radios to properly operate on these systems.
