Supporting Our Mission

APCO International supports its members and our industry through several financial programs. We welcome your contributions to these programs.

Silent Key and Commercial Partner Scholarship Program

APCO’s Silent Key and Commercial Partner Scholarship Program provides the opportunity for emergency communications professionals to participate in industry-leading certification training programs and professional development courses to better serve their communities and first responders.

The Silent Key Scholarship Program honors individuals who contributed to the industry and association in their lifetime.

Contact APCO’s Accounting Department if you want to donate to the Silent Key Scholarship Program or use the donate online button below.

The Commercial Partner Scholarship Program  allows commercial members to give back to the public safety community.

APCO Corporate Partner’s can incorporate a donation into their agreement. APCO’s Annual Conference & Expo exhibitors may donate through the exhibitor portal for that year’s conference. All other commercial entities interested in donating, contact Lisa C. Williams or use the donate online button below.

Sunshine Fund

The Sunshine Fund provides financial assistance to public safety communications professionals who experience a life-altering event that places a significant financial burden upon them or their immediate family. Financial grants are based on the nature of the event and the availability funds. Any APCO member may nominate a colleague as a recipient using the Sunshine Fund Request Form. A review panel will review the completed form and notify the nominator of the results. For more information, contact Ricky Marshall, Chief Administrative Officer.

Send donations to the APCO Accounting Department. Checks should be made payable to the “PSFA Sunshine Fund”.

Public Safety Foundation of America (PSFA)

The PSFA makes grants to support public and nonprofit public safety communications efforts. Learn more.

Contact Mark Cannon at (571) 312-4400 if you wish to donate to the PSFA.
