Stephen C. Cox brings 30 years of experience in RF engineering, with a background in supporting communications systems across state, local, federal and tribal governments. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in managing technology for first responders, including overseeing a statewide mobile data system. Stephen also manages mobile devices for the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, such as cellular modems, in-car and body-worn video systems, as well as AVL and CAD technologies.
