APCO CTO Steve Devine Appointed to the FCC’s Technological Advisory Council

APCO International Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Steve Devine was recently appointed by Andrew C. Hendrickson, chief of the Office of Engineering and Technology at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), to serve as APCO’s primary representative on the FCC’s Technological Advisory Council (TAC), a committee organized under the authority of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.

The TAC provides technical advice and recommendations to the FCC. Devine’s participation on the council will help the FCC stay abreast of important developments in the telecommunications industry.

Devine’s term on the TAC runs through November 2027.
