The APCO Institute offers online access to our monthly continuing dispatch education (CDE) articles that appear in the APCO International monthly magazine Public Safety Communications.
The CDE Articles below are designed to be used by an agency as "in-house" instruction to obtain continuing dispatch education for public safety telecommunicators.

If you are an APCO Certified Instructor or EMD and will be using the CDE articles for recertification, complete the quiz and return the form when you send in your request for recertification. Do not send the tests in separate from your recertification packet. Each article is worth 1 CDE point.
Others
If you are not APCO Certified and would like to use the CDE articles for other certifications, complete the quiz forms and submit it to the APCO Institute with a payment of $15 for each quiz that you return. You will receive an APCO Institute Certificate in the mail to verify completion.
