E-Z Narrowbanding Work Order
Use this simple form to add narrowband emission designators equivalent to what is currently licensed. For example, if your license shows 20K0F3E (wideband analog voice), you can add 11K2F3E (narrowband analog voice).

If the ERP is missing on your license, you must provide it. If the ERP is the same or lower than the output power listed, check the box below, and APCO can move forward with your narrowbanding application. The emission designators that you add to your license must accurately depict the type of operations currently being used. After you submit your work order, APCO will send you an e-mail with an invoice for the fees to add narrowband emission(s) equivalent to what is currently licensed and if ERP is missing, the ERP would be the same or lower than the output power listed. If the ERP is higher than the output power or if you plan to add emission designators other than those equivalent to what is currently licensed (for example, if your license shows 20K0F3E and you want to add 8K10F1E or 11K2F1D), official frequency coordination is required.
