Senior Program Manager
(08-206)
Responsible for meeting Intrado's contractual obligations with customers and managing customer expectations. Manages a wide variety of fee-based tasks and resources necessary to achieve mutually defined results. Builds the structure of projects and coordinates the activities of all project participants into a cohesive, productive team.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business administration, computer Science, CIS or related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements. Also requires a minimum five (5) years experience in a project/program management role and minimum one (1) year telecommunications/public safety or related industry experience preferred. PMP Certification strongly preferred.
