Vote for your 2008-2009 Board of Officers

New this year, APCO is implementing electronic voting that will allow you to vote from anywhere at anytime. No need to fuss with paper if you can't attend the 2008 Annual Conference and Exposition. Electronic voting will end at 2:00pm Central Time, on August 5, 2008.

To ensure the validity of the election, the following rules must be followed:

1. Only ACTIVE and LIFE category members are eligible to vote. MEMBER and COMMERCIAL MEMBER are non-voting categories.
2. All votes must be cast by 2pm Central time.
3. You are allowed one vote.
4. Once placed, your vote can not be changed or deleted.

• How do I log in to vote?
  Click the above “VoteNow” link and log in using your primary email address and password.
• What is my password?
  If you don’t know your password, click the FORGOT PASSWORD? link. You will be sent an email to your primary email address with a link to create a new password.
• What is my primary email address?
  Your primary email address is the one in which you receive all correspondence from APCO. If you are uncertain of this email, contact membership@apcointl.org. If you are at Conference you may contact APCO staff in the APCO Pavilion.
• What do I do if I receive the error: E-MAIL OR PASSWORD IS INCORRECT?
  Contact membership@apcointl.org or call 386.322.2500. If you are at Conference you may contact APCO staff in the APCO Pavilion.
• What hours will the voting booth be staffed?
  Monday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. & 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Central Time
  Tuesday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. & 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. Central Time
• I am receiving the error: “YOUR CURRENT MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY DOES NOT HAVE VOTING RIGHTS. PLEASE CONTACT APCO’S MEMBER SERVICES IF YOU FEEL YOU HAVE REACHED THIS SCREEN IN ERROR.” What do I do?
  Contact membership@apcointl.org or call 386.322.2500. Proceed to the Member Services Desk in the Registration area to verify your membership category.
• I am not an Active Member but would like to vote. Can I?
  If you are eligible, you may upgrade your membership to the Active Member category at the Member Services Desk in the Registration area.
• I need additional assistance. Who do I ask?
