Depending on agency size, this may be one or more persons and typically would be the E9-1-1 Coordinator who works with the MSAG and the telecoms. The PSAP’s CAD Administrator typically would be selected to work with the CAD provider to work out details about which fields of data received from the alarm company will be used to assemble the call-for-service.
