Invitation to the Special Project MESA meeting to be held
in Baltimore, Maryland, USA

Dear MESA Delegates,

On behalf of the MESA Steering Committee (SC), the Chairs of the Technical Specification Group (TSG) and Service Speciation Group (SSG), you are cordially invited to attend and actively participate in an open Project MESA meeting.

No sleeping rooms are currently available but additional accommodations are now being sought in the Baltimore area.

To ensure we are able to accommodate all of our guests, please RSVP your meeting attendance with Jatin Kadakia at jkadakia@QUALCOMM.COM.  Please submit your RSVP by August 1, 2007.

Mar Tarres at mar@4dk.com will continue to seek adequate hotel accommodations for those that require them.

TIME:

The meeting will start at 8:30 am EST on Monday, August 6, 2007, with participant sign-in beginning at 8:00 am EST; on Tuesday, August 7, the Project MESA TSG meeting will begin at 8:00 am EST, ending no later than 4:00 pm EST August 7, 2007.

REGISTRATION:

No formal registration required.

All MESA delegates and open meeting participants have been provided advance copies of the following documents for their use and consideration during this special meeting. Copies are provided below.  Please note that since this is an informal meeting we have not used our official Project MESA document names but they can be obtained upon request from Mr. Kadakia.

WIRELESS LAN / INTERNET CONNECTIONS:

There will be no access to a wireless LAN during this series of meetings.
