APCO Electronic Application Entry

APCO encourages applicants to take full advantage of Electronic Application Entry

Here is why:

• Increased accuracy by avoiding re-keying of data and potential errors
• Speedup application process 
• No additional fees
• Coordination discounts for bulk application submissions
• Supporting documents may be uploaded and attached to applications

SpectrumWatch Public 601 - AFC's application and coordination system operates on a proprietery part of the SpectrumWatch system and integrates directly with SpectrumWatch's Public 601 online product.  This allows applicants to use one of the newest and easiest online Web Browser based 601 data entry tools to complete and forward applications directly to APCO at no additional charge. Contact SpectrumWatch for simple online registration (click here) process to obtain login and password.  SpectrumWatch does not charge for using the SpectrumWatch Public 601 Electronic Application Entry.

If you have a large project with multiple applications, contact AFC about additional quantity discounts for filing electronically.

Note on Payment and Signatures :

ORIGINAL SIGNATURES and Other Supporting Documents :

The FCC requires APCO retain original signatures on file. These will have to be sent by conventional means. Other supporting documents such as coverage plots, waiver requests, etc can be emailed to APCO-AFC as attachments, Faxed or mailed as necessary.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
A check, purchase order/voucher or a letter of intent must accompany the application package. In the case or Remote Data Entry, be sure and indicate clearly the application to which you are applying the payment. Please make check or money order payable to APCO, AFC, Inc. APCO now accepts Discover, American Express, Master Card and VISA. If paying by credit card, please contact AFC at (386)322-2500.
